Revealed: The Bacterial Vaginosis Treatment That Completely Cured Me In Less Than 3 Days

Hi there!

I have received numerous email asking me what bacterial vaginosis treatment I used to get rid of the infection and stay free from it for over three and half years now. So, here is my complete story (or to just visit the bacterial vaginosis treatment I used, click here):

For the past five years prior to my complete healing, I’ve had reoccurring bouts of bacterial vaginosis and never knew where it came from or how to get rid of it. And neither did my doctor! I had heard, women who were on birth control pill would sometimes experience a fishy odor coming from the vagina but I wondered about my case: never had I used those birth control pills (in fact, I wanted to conceive but was put off by my condition because I was so scared it would have a negative impact on my child).

These five years, off and on, I suffered with the embarrassment of excessive discharge and bad odor. In the very beginning, I thought that I was unclean and that I did not washed or cleaned myself well enough. I tried all sorts of scrubbing, washing, douching and even perfume to try and hide the hideous fishy vaginal odor. While some of these attempts worked very temporarily, they were not appropriate bacterial vaginosis treatment and the situation even got worse. I could not for the life of me figure out what was the problem or why it was so hard to eliminate. I also used various over the counter remedies as well as medically prescribed gels but nothing seemed to work completely or last very long. Besides that they were all very messy and inconvenient. I tried so many different things (“clindesse” cream worked great but only for a short-term again) probiotics yogurts, douches (only made it much worse!), vitamins, garlic, tea tree oil…you name it, I tried it! I was so desperate. My life was a misery!

Unfortunately for me, nothing worked long term! I went through the aisles at health food Stores searching for anything else to try without any luck. When I finally decided to look for serious medical advice and went for the gynaecologist, he wrote me a prescription for antibiotics but again this failed to help as well. Yes the symptoms stopped for a while but after just a month, I was back to square one:

I was a chronic bacterial vaginosis sufferer.

This really put me down as I started to feel like I was alone in the world with this embarrassing problem.

Now that I recall it, my life had been full of uncertainty for years because of the lack of an effective bacterial vaginosis treatment and also because I couldn’t tell if someone was able to “smell me”. I felt like it was written all over me. Even at work, there were times I thought for sure that people avoided me because of the odor that I tried so hard to get rid of. My social life was becoming inexistent. I couldn’t go out and I was avoiding any intimacy with my husband. Our relationship could have been on the rock as I was becoming so reclusive but thank God Richard understood.

It was so hard to believe there were anything out there that could really help but out of desperation, I was ready to try anything so I started to look for answers on the internet. It’s after days of searches that I found a nice little website from a testimony someone had left. I read every word of it, from top to bottom. I couldn’t believe what was written as it looked so simple and I tried so many things that failed to completely cure my bacterial vaginosis. However, I couldn’t walk away from it.

What if it worked? What if I could at last be free from this repulsive fishy vaginal odor?

What if…

I didn’t want to miss out on something that could potentially cure my bacterial vaginosis so I made the jump (beside, they had a “money back guarantee” but money was not a problem; ending the nightmare I was living was the priority).

Did I get better?

Their directions gave me immediate relief from the itching and burning AND that horrible fishy vaginal odor stopped. In just under 3 days, it looked like my BV was gone (Nothing new here as some of the other bacterial vaginosis remedies I tried did the same thing).

The true test was in the time: will it last?

I am so thrilled to write the following words: it never came back!

(Apparently, they have changed the graphics)

For the first time in years I felt ‘normal’ and what a boost of self confidence it was! I started to do things I had never done before and I was no longer afraid to become intimate with my husband again. I was no longer afraid to be around people and I stopped wondering if they could smell me. Those days were over! Best of all, within a year Richard and I had a beautiful daughter.

I really do hope that my life story will give you hope that can regain your life back. I have no guarantee of healing to offer you but so far I am more than happy for the results I have had with the bacterial vaginosis treatment I followed. It may work for you or it might not but it is worth trying and who knows…maybe in less than three days you too will also be free from the fishy vaginal odor, the itching and all the negativity bacterial vaginosis brings.

What Treatment Options Do You Have ?

Posted in Uncategorized on October 25th, 2009 by Helen – Be the first to comment

As soon as you become aware that something is wrong in your body (itching, malodorous fishy smell, abnormal vaginal discharge…) you must follow a specific set of bacterial vaginosis treatment because, obviously, the conditions will grow deeper and will impact every area of your life (if it hasn’t already). The matter is of utmost importance especially for pregnant women has bacterial vaginosis can create complications such as premature birth.

Although there is not a clearly documented clinical trials for some of the over the counter medicine to treat the bacterial vaginosis, you still have a choice of option to deal with the matter.

I have attempted to list below some of the possibilities in front of you. I have tried most of them with mixed results before my complete healing. Here are the treatments options  (correct at time of writing –that is before any new medical breakthrough):

  • The first reaction is what I like to call “the waiting game”: even if it is quite rare, some women have their bacterial vaginosis symptoms disappear on their own, without any other intervention. This happen when the balance of bacteria is restored and unfortunately, it is a course of action with no other guarantee than running the risk of a  complication (multiplication of the symptoms).
  • Most women after this first reaction tend to look for home remedies that might help them cure their bacterial vaginosis without having to share it with a health expert. In this instance women have tried to use olive leaf extract, tea tree oil, yogurt and garlic. The use of yogurt has remedy to the bacterial vaginosis has been going on for decades but again, the dairy bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus) is not the type of bacteria that lives in the vagina and therefore this treatment has proved to be ineffective. Tea tree oil, garlic and olive leaf extract have all been used to attempt to kill the unwanted bacteria; the one responsible for all the symptoms but in doing so , the “good bacteria” are also eliminated, making the vagina prone to further infections.
  • Antibiotic medicine (oral or vaginal) is the most likely treatment you will undergo if you contacted a medical practitioner. Metronidazole (marketed by Pfizer under the trade name “Flagyl”) or clindamycin (marketed under various trade names) are the general prescription when dealing with bacterial vaginosis. They can kill the problem causing bacteria but the underlying cause of bacterial vaginosis is left untouched and thus symptoms reoccur quite frequently.

Because more than half of those treated with the above methods experience recurrent symptoms within 12 months, Natural treatments for BV are growing more and more popular. They have worked for a number of women (including me). Beside, for about the price of a doctor visit or less, you can find downloadable instructions for natural home remedies: an option worth considering as bacterial vaginosis treatment.

Bacterial Vaginosis Treatment – An Overview

Posted in Uncategorized on October 24th, 2009 by Helen – Be the first to comment

The topic of this blog bacterial vaginosis treatment, inspires me to start by giving a short definition of what bacterial vaginosis is.

Our unique physiology makes us prone to experience a specific type of infection generally referred to as vaginitis in the medical field. I am by no means a physician but I have done my research and the most common definition of vaginal infection I could find is simply an inflammation of the vagina.Yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and also trichomoniasis are all well known by women and although their symptoms are quite similar, they differ in their causes and thus the treatment to cure each one.

According to a study made by the American Social Health Association, 70% of women self-treated vaginal infections with over the counter medicine without any success due to the fact that they incorrectly thought they had a yeast infection when, in fact, it was bacterial vaginosis.

If bacterial vaginosis is not a sexually transmitted infection – even if it affects this area of our life and beyond -what then could be the cause of it?

Well, our organ has a balance of “good” bacteria and vaginitis occurs when because of one or several causes (stress, contraceptive, antibiotics, sexually transmitted disease, douches, multiple partners etc.) this delicate balance is broken.

The best thing to do if you are looking for a bacterial vaginosis treatment will be to see your health care provider to undergo precise testing and get the most appropriate and effective treatment as soon as possible.
